BACLT provides affordable rental housing to low and moderate income
households, including families and individuals, persons with disabilities
or special needs, and the elderly.
BACLT’s rental apartments are generally housed within buildings
ranging in size from two units to 12 units, located throughout Windham County.
The Land Trust also manages three “single-room occupancy”
residences, where a resident may lease a single room with shared cooking,
dining, and living areas in a home-like setting.
To be considered for rental housing, you must complete an application
